Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Returns

We accept return requests within 15 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
In the same condition as received;
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care, beauty, or health-related products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care, beauty, or health-related products;
  • Final sale items;
  • Gift cards;
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
