Herevya began with a feeling that many of us know too well: missing home.

Our founder came to the United States from Türkiye, carrying a suitcase full of hopes — and a heart full of memories. The scent of the neighborhood bazaar, the familiar labels on the shelves, the trusted products a mother always kept in the cabinet. In a new country, so much was exciting and full of possibility. But the little things from home — the ones that once felt ordinary — suddenly became hard to find.

Searching for them meant endless hours online, uncertain sellers, high costs, and long waits. And our founder soon realized this wasn’t just a personal struggle. Across America, countless Turkish families, students, and workers were longing for the very same thing: a simple, reliable way to bring a piece of home into their everyday lives.

So Herevya was born — built by a Turk, for Turks living in America, and for everyone who loves the quality and tradition of Turkish products.
